Supervision / Each project is supervised by a Project Manager who has specific expertise in the required field.

Work group / A work group is composed of translators and, where necessary, technical consultants, editors and proofreaders.

Customer revision / On request, the client can examine the draft of the translated text and, where deemed appropriate, suggest modifications before final delivery.

Terms of delivery / Due regard for the agreed delivery dates is our priority for each project.

Problem solving / The Project Manager will keep in constant touch with the client in order to guarantee the smooth insertion of any last-minute changes into the text, as well as the resolution of problems and unforeseen difficulties as they arise.
